Our story so far…

Hello I’m Megan. Having lived with anxiety for four years after having my children; I took inspiration from my personal journey and decided to share my spiritual toolbox and so Allura Crystal was born. I started by sending personalised crystal packs to friends and family during lockdown because I wanted to help people feel better. Fast forward to today - I now offer a list of holistic therapies from one-to-one treatments to group workshops both in person and online as well as monthly mini retreat days.

My passion is helping people to boost their positivity; adjust their mindset and give tips on how to manage daily stress and anxieties. My intention is to improve peoples wellbeing and self care. As well as being a busy mum, I work 3 days per week at Posture & Poise in Stratford upon Avon providing holistic therapies such as Facial Treatments, Refloxology, Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing.

Inside a fun and friendly community both online and in person workshops I encourage empowerment of positive energy and positive mindset to make life that little bit easier.

I have always known that I have wanted to help people feel better and more positive, from my own personal journey I can vouch for how important it is to have some different strategies to use on the not so good days.

With my help it is my hope that you can create your own personal toolbox of tips and stratergies that can boost your mindset and overall well being whilst meeting like minded others too.

I have a real passion for energy healing such as Angelic Reiki and Crystal Healing, connecting this together I hope to provide you with a fun, friendly and informative journey into mindset, self care and spirituality. I look forward to meeting you.
